Malcom attended to an electrical problem with our Prius I Tech and found a new auxiliary battery at half the price Toyota would have charged, went off, picked it up and installed it. In less than 2 hours all up we were good to go. What a relief! I can't recommend Malcom highly enough; pleasant, prompt, friendly, reasonably priced, efficient, super-competent service.
